The Conference of the ASEAN Federation of Engineering Organizations (CAFEO) has been held annually by the 10 ASEAN member countries and hosted in rotation since 1982. This year, the 36th edition of CAFEO was held in Singapore at the Resorts World Sentosa.

Mun Hean is a proud participant of CAFEO 2018, which was held at a prominent project reference in Mun Hean’s portfolio. Over 1,000 engineering consultant, designer and contractor delegates from the Asian region attended the event.

At Mun Hean’s booth, the latest PQ solutions, Janitza UMG96-PA, UMG20CM with CT6 expansion module and JPC70 compact HMI were showcased. The new product line is designed for datacenter and critical facility application. The UMG20CM with CT6 expansion brings a 96x branch circuit monitoring to datacenter PDU application. The JPC70 touch screen HMI allows 10sets of the UMG20CM to be accessed from a remote location. The UMG96-PA is game changer that fits the features of typical power analyser into a 96x96mm panel mount colour graphic display device.

Mun Hean also presented a series of latest developments in Mun Hean’s product portfolio. For example, the MH Protection Relay ELn, a new generation of protection relays with a new sensing circuit, and also the new Sinexcel AHF and SVG product lines.

The concept of voltage sag solution was also promoted at the event. Mun Hean’s power quality division has vast experience in solving problems such as voltage sag, harmonics, reactive power compensation and phase load balancing. The Conference allowed Mun Hean to showcase their consultation service for selecting and implementing power electronics solution in commercial and industrial facilities.
